A policyholder or beneficiary may want to log a complaint if they are dissatisfied with a product or service.

On the Root dashboard you can:

What does a complaint look like on the dashboard?

Each complaint has a unique number. This number can be used to search for the complaint on the Complaints view.

As with a policy, there is an Activity log for the complaint, and notes can be captured for the complaint. 

 The details of the complainant appear right on top. The claim is also linked to the associated policy and policyholder.

 Below this, supporting documents can be uploaded to the complaint.
