How to read the Activity log on a policy

Every policy has an Activity log where updates of the activity that has taken place on the policy is recorded.  For each activity the following is recorded:

  • The name of the activity that took place
  • The date and time that the activity took place
  • The name of the user that triggered the activity

The activity can be clicked to see further information.

Here you will see a summary of the activity. If a notification was sent out - an email or SMS- you will see the status of the notification, and you can view the content of the notification.

 To view an attachment or email that was sent, click the relevant hyperlinks.
