Every policy has an Activity log where updates of the activity that has taken place on the policy is recorded. For each activity the following is recorded:
- The name of the activity that took place
- The date and time that the activity took place
- The name of the user that triggered the activity
The activity can be clicked to see further information.
Here you will see a summary of the activity. If a notification was sent out - an email or SMS- you will see the status of the notification, and you can view the content of the notification.
