Log a new complaint

A complaint can be logged on the Root dashboard either via the Policy view or the Complaints view.

To log a complaint via the Policy view:

1. Go to the policy that the complaint is linked to.

2. Open the Actions menu.



3. Click Open complaint.

4. Fill in the details.

5. Once the details have been entered, click Create complaint.



How to log a new complaint using the Complaints view:

1. Click Complaints on the sidebar menu when you are on the home page.

2. Click New Complaint and enter the complaint details.



3. Once the details have been entered, click Next.



4.  The complaint must be linked to a policy. Search for the policy that you want to link the complaint to and then click Create complaint.
