On the Complaints view, you can either scroll to the complaint that you’d like to update or you can search for it by using the following:
- Complaint Number
- Complainant Name
- Policyholder ID Number
Once you have found the complaint, click on it. You can edit the details of the complainant by clicking on Edit details;
Details that can be updated are;
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Cellphone number
You can also leave a note by clicking on the Create note button.
These notes will then appear on the Notes tab next to the Activity tab on the right side of the screen.
