How to create a new role for your organisation

A new role can be created as follows:

1. Click the Organisation icon on the sidebar menu.

2. Click on Roles below TEAM AND SECURITY.

3. Click Create new role.

4. Name the role.

5. Enter a description for the role.

6. Select the environment that the role needs to have access to (Live, Sandbox or Both). The Sandbox environment does not have any live policy data and can be used for training.

7. Select the permissions for the role. The permissions assigned to it will determine the functionality and data that the role has access to.

8. Click Create.

The role will now appear on the list of Roles in your organisation.
