How to report an error

If you encounter an error on the dashboard, please report it to our Support team.

In your email, please include:

  • The action that you were performing when the error came up.
  • A screenshot or description of the error message.
  • If applicable, an example of a policy that the error occurred on.

For the technically savvy:

  • Open Google Dev Tools, and take a screenshot of the error messaging there too.
