View the activity log of a policyholder

Every policyholder has an Activity log where updates of the activity that has taken place on the policyholder is recorded.

To view the activity log on a policyholder, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Root dashboard.
  2. Click on the Policyholder icon in the blue navigation bar on the left side of your screen. 
  3. Search for and click on the policyholder that you want to view.
  1. You can then view the Activity log of a policyholder on the right side of your screen. 
  1. Each activity includes:
    • The name of the activity
    • The date and time the activity occurred
    • The name of the user who triggered the activity
  2. To view more details about an activity, simply click on it. 
  1. Additional activity information includes:
    • A summary of the activity
    • The status and content of any notifications sent (email or SMS)
    • The option to navigate to the policy the change was made on
    • the updated document (if applicable) 
  2. You can also filter the type of activity you want to see by Policy, Policyholder, Claim or Application.

Note:  The activity log for a policyholder is a list of all events recorded on all policies, claims, complaints, etc that are linked to the policyholder.
