To switch on/off user groups for your organisation, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Root dashboard
2. Click on the Data management icon in the blue menu bar on the left of your screen.
3. Navigate to the Environment section.
4. Select the environment (sandbox or production) for which you want to enable/disable user groups.
5. Click the blue button to Switch to sandbox/production mode. Now you can enable/disable user groups for the chosen environment.
6. Click on the Organisation icon in the blue menu bar on the left of your screen.
7. Navigate to the Features & add-ons section
Scroll until you find the User groups feature and toggle the switch to switch on/off the user groups feature for the environment that you’re currently in.
Once switched on/off, the page will reload. You will now see the User groups section appear/disappear in the Organisation menu to the left of your screen.
