Using the Claims AI Assistant [Beta]

Making documents searchable for Claims AI assistant:

  1. Open the relevant claim.
  2. Navigate to the Supporting Documents section at the bottom of the claim.
  3. Upload the required documents.
    • On uploading you can select "Allow AI processing"

    • Or once uploaded, click on the three dots next to the document and select the Enable AI search option.

  4. After enabling AI Search, the AI status will change to Searchable, allowing the tool to gather information from the document.

Interacting with the Claims AI Assistant:

  1. Once the documents are uploaded and searchable, click the AI icon located in the top right corner.
  2. From here, you can either:
    • Select one of the pre-set prompts by clicking the Search button.
    • Enter your own prompt in the text box.

  3. After the information is displayed, you have the option to save it as a note by clicking the note icon just below the generated script. This will save the response to your Notes section in Dashboard for future reference and to share with your broader team. Note icon.png
