*Q: Does the search bar search everything?
It searches across policies, applications, claims, and complaints. Use the Filters button next to the search bar to narrow results by type, product, status, source, or agent.
*Q: What's the difference between "Worked on" and "Viewed" in the Activity panel?
"Worked on" shows records you've made changes to in the last 72 hours. "Viewed" shows records you've opened recently, whether or not you changed anything.
*Q: Why is my Activity panel empty?
It only shows activity from your own recent session. If you haven't opened or edited a record yet in this environment, both tabs will show no activity until you do.
*Q: How do I know if I'm in Production or Sandbox?
Check the environment selector next to your organisation name in the top-left corner. It shows the current environment name with a coloured status dot.
*Q: I have unread notifications — how do I clear them?
Open the bell icon in the top-right corner, then select Mark all as read, or mark individual notifications as read one at a time.
