Every claim has an Activity log where updates of the activity that has taken place on the claim is recorded.
To view the activity log on a claim, follow these steps:
- Log into your Root dashboard.
- Click on the Claims icon in the blue navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- Search for and click on the claim that you want to view.
- You can then view the Activity log of a policy on the right side of your screen.
- Each activity includes:
- The name of the activity
- The date and time the activity occurred
- The name of the user who triggered the activity
To view more details about an activity, simply click on it. This additional information includes:
- A summary of the activity.
- The status and content of any notifications sent (email or SMS).
If a notification was sent to the policyholder, you can view the email or SMS by clicking on either View Email or View SMS.
