Updating the timezone for an organisation has a big impact on how dates are handled on the Root platform. Please make sure you understand the impact by reading this guide before making any updates to an organisation's timezone.
To change an organisation's timezone log in to Root, select an organisation and follow these steps:
- Click Organisation in the side bar menu.
- Select the Summary tab.
- Click Edit.
4. Select your new timezone from the Timezone dropdown menu.
5. Click Save.
6. Read the warning. If you are ready to change the timezone, click Yes.
