Create a note on a complaint

To create a note on a complaint, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Root dashboard.
  2. Click on the Complaints icon in the blue navigation bar on the left side of your screen. 
  3. Search for and click on the complaint that you want to edit.

You can search for the complaint by:

  • The complaint number.
  • The complainant's name.
  • The policyholder ID number
  1. Click on Create note at the top right.

  1. Once you've entered your note, click Add note.

  1. Your note will appear next to the Activity log of a complaint on the right side of your screen under Notes

Note: On an added note, you can see the name of the user that added the note, as well as the date and time that it was added on the Notes log.
