Every complaint has an Activity log where updates of the activity that has taken place on the complaint is recorded.
To check the activity log on a policy, follow these steps:
- Log into your Root dashboard.
- Click on the Complaints icon in the blue navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- Search for and click on the complaint that you want to edit.
You can search for the complaint by:
- The complaint number.
- The complainant's name.
- The policyholder ID number
- You can then view the Activity log of a complaint on the right side of your screen.
- Each activity includes:
- The name of the activity
- The date and time the activity occurred
- The name of the user who triggered the activity
To view more details about an activity, simply click on it. This additional information includes:
- A summary of the activity
- The status and content of any notifications sent (email or SMS)
- If a notification was sent to the complainant, you can view the email or SMS by clicking on either View Email or View SMS.
