It is possible to reopen a closed complaint. You might need to do this at the request of a complainant or if you’ve mistakenly closed a complaint.
If you need to reopen a complaint that has been closed, search for the complaint on the Complaints view:
1. Once you have found the complaint, click on it.
2. Click Reopen complaint.
3. You’ll be asked to confirm why you’d like to reopen the complaint. This description will be stored in the Activity log. Once you have filled in the reason, click Reopen complaint.
The status of the complaint will now update to Open.
