Check the status of a claim payout request

o check the status of a claim payout request, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Root dashboard.
2. Click on the Payments icon in the blue navigation bar on the left side of your screen. 
3. Click on Payout requests under the CLAIMS subheader. 

Here, you'll find a list of all your claim payout requests. Each claim payout request will have one of three statuses associated to it:

1. Pending:
   • Found under Open requests.
   • The payout request is awaiting processing.
2. Processing:
   • Found under Processing.
   • The payout request is currently being processed.
3. Rejected:
   • Found under Finalised.
   • The payout request has been rejected.
4. Completed:
   • Found under Finalised.
   • The payout request has been successfully finalised.
