To issue a policy from an existing application, follow these steps:
- Log into your Root dashboard.
- Click on the Applications icon in the blue menu bar on the left of your screen.
- Search for and click on the application that you want to issue.
- Click on the Actions menu in the top right.
- Select Issue policy from the drop-down menu.
- Review the information before issuing the final policy. You also have the option to add or edit the payment method before issuing.
Once the policy is issued, it will appear at the top of the list of policies.
