To access documents related to a policy, claim, or complaint, follow these steps:
- Log into your Root dashboard.
- Click on the Policies, Claims or Complaints icon in the blue navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- Search for and click on the relevant policy/claim or complaint.
- On a policy, claim, or complaint view, click on Documents in the sidebar to navigate to the documents section.
- To view a document, click on its row to open it. You can also print the document once it’s open by clicking on the print icon in the top right corner.
- To download a document,
- either click on the ⏺⏺⏺ button in the document row and select Download,
- or after you opened the document, click on Download at the bottom right corner.
- If the document is a PDF, you can also click the download icon (highlighted in green) in the top right corner.
To print a PDF document, click the print icon (highlighted in purple) in the top right corner.
