To reactivate a policy, follow these steps:
- Log into your Root dashboard.
- Click on the Policies icon in the blue navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- Search for and click on the policy that you want to edit.
- Click on the ellipses menu in the top right.
- Select Reactivate.
- Select the reactivation type before proceeding, either Reinstatement or Recommencement.
- Once selected, click on Reactivate Policy.
Notes:
- For a policy to be reinstated, all arrear premiums must first be paid.
- For a policy to be recommenced, all arrear premiums will be deducted from the first claim income.
